The Dixie Art Colony Museum & Gallery, located at 219 Hill Street in downtown Wetumpka, has resumed regular gallery hours each Monday and Wednesday from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon. Appointments and small group tours are available upon request. Special tours will include a 16-minute video titled "Dixie Art Colony: A Look At Its Lasting Legacy." The current exhibit includes many of our recent acquisitions, and work by Dixie Art Colony artists Kelly Fitzpatrick, Carlos Alpha “Shiney” Moon, Arthur Stewart, Warree Carmichael LeBron, Doris Alexander Thompson, Richard Burrell Brough, Walter Lee Keith, and Richard Blauvelt Coe.
